alright guys, i need a smog check...

i found out my cat wasn't good... so i replaced it with another magnaflow high flow cat...

but i still failed, do you guys think it could be because my hp header.

i have the 2 o2 sensors hooked up, 1 to ONE header pipe on the header and the other is behind the cat...


i think because one of the o2 sensors is on only 1 pipe on the header it could throw off #'s, should i just put my stock pipes back on?

whats should i do?

nice, is your check engine light on temo, you could be failing the visual inspection. some times there ***'s like that ..they did that to EVA last time ...they failed her, took her through the whole test just to take her money knowing she wasnt going to pass because of the light...they could be doing the same to u

Yeah, my dads 92 accord is failing smog too, and its all stock. 50,000 miles on the used japanese motor. maintained well, dont know what it could be??? temo, when in doubt, go back to stock. can never go wrong.

 

damn T that sucks, theres a place out near pasadena that i know can probably pass it but youd have to pay for it. my homie took his b20 integra, straight pipe, no cat there, and they passed it for the right price..
