Flame me for not knowing anything. What is a subframe?

I hit a curb too and replaced my control arm but my car is sitting a wee bit tilted now.

Perhaps this subframe would correct this?

yea i bent umm my subframe and my controler arm and knuckle, and i need a tiny bit of frame straightening...

i replaced the arm, but i was goign to get a alignment and my mechanic showed me what i needed...

i would just rather replace things then try to bend them back...

one of my tires was poped and i dinged my rims, but its small like i barley hit a really tiny pothole, the lip ain't bent like a regular rim

wow... i've had my run-in recently with jumping curbs... good thing my rims were off though... my alignment is messed up a bit now though...

but a bent subframe? thats considered to be "totalled" in many insurance company books if you bent your subframe in an accident...

Hmmmmm.......isnt another word for sub frame is cross member? Well anyways i think thats some serious damage. You must've hit that curb super hard at 40 mph. Im suprised the air bag didnt go off since u bent the sub frame.......
