Hardin Sucks! Hardin Honda can suck gigantic donkey *****, cuz their customer service level is somewhere lodged with in it and they can't seem to find it.
My driver side headlight is out. I dont know what happened to it but the light doesn't turn on. Assuming my "OEM" halogen bulbs burned out i straddle my holes of a$ses to Kragen to actually purchase a set of replacement bulbs. I get home to replace the headlights and flip the switch knowing that it would solve the problem....NOPE! Im all, "what the fjck Kragen." I check the fuse and it was blown. At this point I'm all, "aw fjck, i bought a set of bulbs for nothing!?!?!" I replace the fuse and once again flip the switch...nada. then again im all, "What the fjck Kragen." I fiddle around with it and swap the bulbs front left to right. The passenger side turns on but the driver side does not!! The bulb, which WAS on the passenger side, doesn't light up. So right now i am **** eyed. I roll to the fullerton races, which i do once a week cuz i live so god damn close to them, for awhile and drive home. On the way home a FULLERTON officer pulls me over in ANAHEIM! WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO JURISDICTION? He rolls me for **** eyed headlight and window tint.
Week later, i take my car to Hardin to see whats up. He said they'll take it in to see whats wrong with it. He then asks me if i wanted to wait or take the shuttle home. I said i'm waiting for my cousin. My cousin comes rolling along and he picks me up and we go eat some Vietnamese food in Garden Grove. "Ronnie," so he calls himself, calls me and says that the mechanic found something wrong with the car. So im all, "Yay whats wrong with it?" he goes, "you have aftermarket bulbs, there for we are going to have to go ahead and proceed with the diagnostic but we are going to charge for labor." Out of now where I almost smack my cousin in the face while he was driving cause i couldn't believe it. "Aftermarket bulbs? Dude, they're the same wattage bulbs as the OE once with a different label on them wtf?" "im sorry, the mechanics want labor charges for aftermarket parts installed on you car." FJCK YOU HARDIN!
I came back and got my car back and made them in writing write down why the didn't honor my warranty. They put, "customer states driver headlight out, replaced bulb, fuse blown. Couldn't continue service...aftermarket...parts. Customer decline for service."
I even asked for the number to corporate and they fjcking gave me the number to fjcking "Honda care" fjckers...fjck! I dont know what to do now. My ticket is due on the 4th of June and i am at this point dont know what to do. I am a poor sum mof ma bjtch.

Rep Power: 0 That sux Abe, but you know, their Customer Relations Dept. sux cuz i'm not there anymore!! ;-) You can bring it down to Power Honda, i'll go with you and persuade them to fix it, you know I'll take car of ya!!
yah hardin does suck.. i told them last time not to rotate my rims becuase last time they did they forgot the bearings in the rim that needed to be put back in so they sit on right.. well they rotated them after i said *****ing lloudly to him not to rotate the tires.. so when i am driving home my steering wheel shakes and what do you know the rims are out of balance and are not riding right.. here is the kicker..i took it back and they told me to my face that i must have thrown a weight on my way outta there driveway going home so it wasnt there fautl... yah that is the last time i go there...

Rep Power: 0 go to colonial honda in glendale..and ask for john..that foo is a cool mother fawker...got me a tranny wit no hassle...right now they are workin on my car to find out the floodin problem...if anything abe..ask someone to borrow their stock bulbs and take it to another honda

Rep Power: 0 good honda dealers are hard to find... i know of 1 good one near the LAX but i doubt you want to drive that far... its Airport Marina Honda, they are pretty cool, i got my A/C installed there and they put my tsunami back on wrong so i ended up messing up my splash guards but when i went back, they replaced the spash guard for free...
also the guy that works in the parts dept drives a bagged SI coupe... dunno if he is still there though...
that same day, i met EM2Guy at that dealer... lolz...
