how are u giong to fight diong 79 in a 60...with 3 other guys with u. They are going to question all u guys and most likely gonna come out with 4 different stories. If u guys plan out the story, "oh say i was going 65." Then all ur stories will be exactly the same and they nailed u for planning it out so basically its a catch 22 and u lose!
But let me know how u are going to fight it !

dude, ahmtown, i dont know yet....he claims he was tracking me for like 8 miles or something.....but highways are usually posted as 65m, for one, for two , i didnt see any signs posted near where i was.....and it was in ventura county.......so my plan was to transfer courts to this one out here, reschedule once or twice if i can and maybe the cop wont show up!!! lol :P

me and math does not mix but u can say something like, "so u were following me for 8 miles...for those 8 miles i was exceeding the speedlimit by almost 20mph which can cause serious risk to the public. Then u request to have the court room to have a moment of silence for exactly 9.875 minutes. Cuz that is how long u were able to travel at those dangerous speeds when a cop knowing that u were going above the limit. The 10minute pause is to just prove to the judge how long u were traveling at 79 before u gotten pulled over. lol ok ignore me.

Not to sound rude or an a$$hole, but i have gotten well over 10 tickets, many for speeding, a couple for failure to yield, 1 for reckless driving, and if you were doing 80 and racing at 120 with people in your car, you deserve that ticket just as well as i deserved mine. Driving that fast is reckless, period, no matter how good of a driver, and driving reckless is selfish of you to put your passengers lives at risk. I drive reckless, im guilty, but i REALLY try hard to be respectful of the passengers in my car, after all if i am doing 120 and get a blow out and roll my car with me alone in my car, thats my bad and only my life to worry about, ASSUMING the freeway was empty. The point count is this:
4 points in 1 year - SUSPENDED
6 points in 2 years - SUSPENDED
8 points in 3 years - SUSPENDED
Jonda, your a great person, we've chilled together, your smarter than that to race a prelude at speeds of greater than $120 with a car full of people. People flame all you want, i know i can be a hipocrite, but cmon, lets try to be a little more responsible with our and our friends lives.
I think you should be repsonsible and pay the fine and attend traffic school and/or try to contest the ticket and pray the officer does not show up. I have personally never heard of tranfering a ticket to another court, i believe if you dont want to make the drive you must argue the ticket by written declaration. Anyone heard of such?

Driving over 100 = wreckless driving=suspended license=3points. Geez, why do people drive so fast?
I was racing a 350z the other night and he got pulled over going 130+, I saw him coming on to the freeway since I'm always checking the onramp, I have recently upgraded my brakes and I'm glad I did. Those Z are pretty quick. He tried going into the carpool slowing down. I was lucky. Who said integras can't do 130-70 in 2 seconds... lol
DON'T SPEED!

im the fastest/craziest? thats BS, the only time i was speeding when you were in my car, i drove 85 for like 2 miles, other than that we were always cruising with the flow of traffic, i know that for sure. BUT like i said, i speed all the time, but RARELY break 80. But im not really upset about the 79 mph, its the 120 with 3 people.

You well deserve it.
Racing? 120mph? Are you proud?
I hope your license does get suspended because I don't want people like you on the road. I sure wouldn't want my friends or myself to be killed by your lunacy.

jerame I didn’t mean it in a bad way, im just saying everyone does it, I didn’t put anyone in danger, and I never drive like that…..you guys swear like im the worst person and deserve all this to happen, whatever dude that’s cool.its one thing to give an opinion, and another to sit there and criticize me, when majority of people have done the same thing at least once.
Take it easy AK, we've all raced on the streets. :-p But , Jonda, I'd fight it if I were you... the best tip I could give you is whenever you get pulled over, always comply fully w/ the officer and don't do anything that would make you stick out in his mind when you appear in court.. if the officer cannot remember, he will let the judge know "no recollection, your honor" and the case will be automatically dismissed. That, in combination w/ delaying as long as possible will give you a pretty substantial shot at winning. I've tried it once, and it worked, and I will be doing it again next month for another ticket.. we'll see. Everyone do what I said, its the only way you'll have a chance... either the officer won't show, or he will forget or in my case (will fail to submit proper speedometer calibration paperwork for the car he was 'pacing' me with -- in which case, the officer cannot prove you were speeding cause his car wasn't calibrated). 79 isn't abig deal.. what a d!ck.
