I think the scariest thing ever happen to me in my life was when i got caught speeding a little in the vette.. thats a good story eh what the hell I will tell you I guess...

So I just got cleaning the airfilters on the corvette and descide to take it out for a spin, Heading down to lindero to get on the freeway going south....my foot feels a little heavy yay. . Plus we all know its safe to floor it on the onramps right?
well I pull onto the onramp and gun the vette, the digital speedout when I hit the freeway reads 127 mph...
Of couse being on the freeway I slow back down to 65 and look behind me....yup a black and white LA sheriff.. . So I figure maybe I should get in the exit lane and slow down a little because his lights werent on! Well he follows me off the ramp and into the right turn than down the side street...
by this time I want to die, his lights still arent on, however without warning he pulls up next to me and goes over the loud speaker. ****censord for defending the innocent reasons. "I know that car can go faster than that!" It turned out to be be my friend who is a cop..
He said he saw me going a slow **** 65mph on the freeway while everyone else was going 70mph, so guess he didnt see me on the onramp or if he did he erased it from his memory.. We will never know.

I drive so very carefull now... I have never floored any car including my civic on the onramp ever since...Well past the speedlimit that is

thanks chris, i dont know why this guy is hating on me so much.....maxsin, im not that bad, really......ive never had beef with anyone and youve never met me, and still sittin there talking s$%&. i dont understand why....i mean if its making you feel better about something, or whatever, either way its jacked up. i would never say anything like what you did ever.....even if i met your a$$ and actually did hate you. you should be more considerate of people. as you can see, many people here know me REALLY well, and no one agrees with the bs your saying.

For one, I was being sarcastic. It was pretty funny watching all your replies. I think that is it funny when guys will do anything to stick up for a split tail.
