Jonda - J isnt the craziest driver here, I bet you would love to drive with him then have to sit shotgun in my car. As far as advice, heed what I say. I have the shjtiest record here (pay $4680 year ins.). If you were in Ventura county, you might be able to move it to a hearing at a county seat closest to you. Usually they only allow it before you are written up, but you can always try. If that doesnt work, you can try to fight the ticket by written declaration. You pay the fine and turn in a form in which it says that you wish to fight via written declaration. If you lose that, you can have a court room trial (trial de novo) and ask for traffic school and/or fine decrease. Good luck and try to behave when other peoples are with you.

BTW, to those of you saying all that crazy ****, have no never sped? Im not trying to defend her actions, but dont say that just becuase you have never been caught.

And also, for those of you that "canyon run" its the exact same thing as street racing so dont think that you guys are perfect either. Im right there with the speeders and canyon carvers, but still, dont say that and do the same thing and just not get caught. Remember, karma will kick your ***.
