I dunno how many of you caught my previous thread about my upper control arm snapping on Monday. That was fixed and got car back next day with another on the way for the other side. I got thicked ones for safety sake 120 a piece...then I needed to get an allignment.

Well Tuesday I get my car back and go to my girl's house and hang there and on the way home this f*cker in a black F-150 decided he wanted to mess with me after I changed lanes and 3/4 of the way of me being in the lane he decides he wants to change lanes and I'm already there. He pulls the I'm gunna get in front of you and and coast and change lanes when you do crap. Well I get annoyed and try multiple times to pass him each time he tries to run me off the road. Finally I make a fast right and take off to get away from him and I see he followed so I called 911 to report it and home a cop sees him doing it. Well fortunatly or unfortunatly there is a sheriff on the side of the road...he does nothing but the F-150 pssy gets into the left turn lane. The cop on the side of the road is a veterin and a rooky...takes then 45 mins to go 1/2 a mile to take my statement...the guy is long gone by then. Buncha fudge paking good for nothing cops. I'm gunna start paking and next time this sh*t happens I'll shoot the guy and explain that the cops are worthless and thats why that happened.

Fastforward to Valentine's Day....It is also my girl's birthday so I'm taking her to a nice dinner and an evening out. On the way to dinner a guy in a camero makes a right onto the street I'm on, cuts one lady off and side swipes me messing up the whole right side of my car. He went from the far right lane to the far left lane (my lane) in one fell swoop, but slowed his lane change before hitting me.

Luckily the lady he cut off stopped with us and gave me her number and name for a witness. I called the sheriff and he came and said it would be in our best interests not to take a police report....yay strike another one up for the pigs of Orange County. What really makes me mad is the guy questioned whos fault the accident was....I'm sorry I didn't know me driving in my lane was causing accidents you mother f*cker!

So now I have to call it in and hope they aren't stupid and actually see who really at fault, but most likely since it was a 40+ year old and a 21 in an accident they are going to blame the younger guy because of in experience....

I'd post pics of both the broken control arm and the damage to my car but I have nowhere to host.

damn dude, sorry to hear about that ****. i too have had problems with trucks being a-holes just cuz they are bitches. anyways, goodluck with all that crap, and if worst comes to worst...it is 2004, and that means we live in a sue happy society, dont be scared to call a third party for assistance.

We'll see what happens. I called my insurance company and files a claim. I'm going to Irvine on thursday to have the insurance co. take pictures and do a pre-estimate estimate there.

Luckily I know a few great body shops around here, at one the owner is a personal friend of my uncle and he will help me out. Cool guy from Australia. I've seen their work and I know they do it right. My only concern is that my body panels will be filled with bondo, or filler....I'm going to ask that they not use it on my car because I personally take pride in the car and would not want to have that goop on my car. I'd much rather have a new panel be put on.
