I am sorry you have nothing to do, and its obvious you had nothing to do friday night/saturday morning. But all it did was clutter up the socal forum. And then you created a mochary of it.
I beleive that might have been the icing on the cake. I am not the one who did the ban and i have no control over bans. If you wish you can contact DEREK-CEO regarding your ban. I also believe he is the one that banned you.

That is true, I was pretty pissed off. I felt I didnt deserve the ban. Other members do alot on this site and get away with a lot, and i was just at work one day and chase and i were just doing what we normally do, nothing. We spend hours on this site and we read post, make our replies. After a whole morning, i noticed that no one else has posted in the past two hours so almost the 3/4 of the first page on socal was with my name has the last post. I thought it was funny. I remember iceman had done something similiar about a year ago and AK made a post on it. So i made a post on it. David, being a moderator, used his best judgement on the situation and banned me for longer than a half a day. After speaking to him through chase on AIM he realized that i had no intent of PWing. So me being frustrated and having a bad day already. I took the already dilapidated (sp) sticker off my car. I had stated my reasons and voiced my opinion. Now the difference between what Timo did is this. He dug up threads over 18 months old and made some posts that seemed a little.... i guess late. Example one was a July 27th 2002 meet, something like that and it said come see a turbo'd civic. And he made a post stating "any pics". And then when chase made this topic cause he was frustrated to try to read the socal forum and found the entire 1st page was post over a year old. And then Timo made a post in this thread making a mochary. And now me becoming a moderator did not happen the day after i was banned. It was a good couple weeks and the reasons i became a moderator had nothing to do with the issue of me being banned. I honestly feel Timo would make a good moderator. He spends plenty of time on the site and seems very knowledgable, but i would imagine he knew what he was doing when he did it and had to have some sort of idea what he was doing wasnt cool. I really dont have to "make a mountain out of a molehill" (is that the phrase) but like i said, I didnt ban him, if i had to decision to ban him, i probably would, for 3 days, probably not. I didnt make that decision and i try to not question the decision made by moderators of higher power than I. I know what its like to be banned, Spending hours and hours on here, and then to have that priveledge taken away. It sucks. I have never met Timo in person, and I have judged him from this site and his posts to be a pretty cool guy. I really dont want this to taint his opinion and others opinions on this site. But I know that in a past few weeks the moderators have been becoming more strict on the Terms and Conditions. The wont to preserve the class of this site and dont want it to become in a sense "trashy" like some car forums on the net. Moderators do make mistakes, we are people and members just like you, but we have the job of trying to keep this site running smoothly. I really hope Timo doesnt take this personally towards me. When David banned me, i didnt take it personal with him at all. I knew he was just going with his best judgement and trying to do his Job as a Super Moderator. I end at this and will be closing this topic. If anyone feels it should be unlocked or has anything to say to me, please by all means, PM me or call me, many have my cell numbers.
