The MKiv is a dream car, but dreaming about a 2jz-gte and ending up with a 2jz-ge is like dreaming about Pamela Anderson only to wake up next to Martha Stewart. I voted for the Lude simply because the MKiv just isn't the same car without being blown. That is unless you're just buying a car for the way it looks, in which case, maybe you should be like all the other morons who mortgage their home to put 24s on their Escalade.
If you're looking for a car that's fun to drive then I'd go with the SH. The Supra Turbo can be a god amongst mice, but most of the ones you see in magazines are easily $100K cars. Considering the chassis the same between the Turbo and N/A you can still make it handle well, but it's a heavy car with only adequate power. It will take off quicker than an EM, but that's not really saying much now is it. The Lude is lighter and has only slightly less power. Sure you might not get all the 16 year old FnF lemings jockin' your ride, but do you really want to buy a car according to what THEY think.
Bottom line is that it's YOUR car so YOU should be the one who decides. Drive both and buy according to whatever puts a bigger smile on your face. Just my .02
