Who do you call with?!?
Since so many peoples are talking about phones lately, especially J and myself, I was wondering: Who is your cell company?
Im not gonna hate on all you non-cingular peoples, im just curious and if you would put why you like them in your area. Just kinda to find out whats better for you and whats better in certain places.
So, Ill start off:
Im with Cingular (DUH!!!) but I had the plan for 2 years before I started working there. Good minutes, good price on the phone, plus rollover is the shiznit!!!! Too bad I used em all one month and so now Im back to the normal amount of minutes Im supposed to have.

Rep Power: 316 i have nextel and i love it . i get reception everywhere. i have the new i 730 nice phone with 65K Color Display. my plan is free incoming, free long distance, unlimited nights and weekends, unlimited direct connect, 400 anytime and free internet, AIM 
I use to have cingular and they suck i don't get any reception anywhere i go. Then i got at&t they had better service but i broke my phone so decided to go with nextel.

Rep Power: 0 i had cingular for like 4 years now... family plan + free mobile to mobile + rollover... can't get any better than that...
my parents had sprint pcs at the same time i had cingular... i have to say that sprint had no static while talking while cingular has static every once in awhile... but they switched to cingular because of the mobile 2 mobile and now we just have 1 phone bill instead of 2..

Rep Power: 0 I have att and the reception sucks around my house, but its aight everywhere else. I am going to wait till the new i930 comes out for nextel and get that. big external color caller id, and camera phone

Okay so if I get a new service provider, who should I go with?
I'm with Cingular now and the reception sucks a$$. You have 4 lines of reception and then when you make a call it drops to one or no lines wtf is that about.
So T-mobile or nextel... or verizon?
I don't talk on my phone much plus I want a camera phone with a digital program that makes it easy to type text messages and can take AIM messages easily.

So I decided to get ATT they were willing to purchase out the four month that I have left with nextel If I joined ATT I could'n say no to that, plus they cut mi bill in half, so for $50 bucks I get two phones

so for the next four months I'll have both ATT and nextel.

Rep Power: 0 i'm with cingular...have been ever since i first got a cellphone uhmm about 4 yrs ago. Currently with the samsung S307...it's a nice phone, only wish i had a camera with it.

Rep Power: 0 I HATE NEXTEL~!~!~!~......I live in the san gabriel valley and everyone and they dogs got like cingular and t-mobile. The signals for those two servers were jammed like hell, so I decidede to get Nextel. At first I thought the phones and capabilities were the ISH, but then came the reception. I would litereally have my calls dropped from full reception to no service. WTF?!?! So I had it with them. I recently (4 days ago) got my new phone with T-mobile. The reception now is awesome. I go the new sidekick danger and my plan is great. Besides 1000 anytime minutes, I get unlimited everything, text, interenet, nights and weekend, email, my nights start at 7pm as opposed to 9. So I'm happy now with my tmobile (till my phone gets old and I have something new to complain about).
But this is just my opinion of the coverage in the san gabriel valley.

Rep Power: 0 I have Verizon and Cingular.... Had Nextel for 2 years and ATT for 2 years... I hated Nextel because they dont have roaming, so when I was in Colorado, I was screwed, no nextel towers means no service. When it comes to mountain areas, forget nextel... ATT is just behind the times... Cingular is cool, good rates, but I am pretty happy with Verizon, little pricey, but works when i need it to.
I started an AT&T plan about two months ago. Reception sucks, but it's probably my phone (Ericsson T616). I pay $40 for 600 anytime and unlimited nights and weekends. Wish I had went with cingular though for the rollover 
Does anyone know a provided that has good internet and text messege deals? I rang up an extra $80 because I went over my internet limit last month (10kb)
