Fighting a Parking Ticket??

anyone ever fought a parking ticket?? its only 35 bucks but i'm f*cken pissed the f*ck off...i went to pick up my sister at her school today and there was no sign saying you can't park there but to top it off i wasn't even parked there...i just stopped there for 3 seconds then that fat bitch got off her parking ticket issuing *** and came up to me...i'm like wtf is this for...shes like you need a permit to park here...i'm like the f*ck my engine is still running i didn't even park yet...then she just said you need to move your car now...i just got out of my car and stood there...she knew i was pissed and just left...what the f*ck is that ****...gave me a ticket when i didn't even park yet...

my co-worker fought one... they did construction and the no parking sign was on the floor. he took pictures and sent it in and won so he didnt have to pay.

its not the 35 bucks....its that i wasn't even PARKED, MY F*UCKEN ENGINE WAS STILL RUNNING...and i was stopped in front of some's driveway still backing up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know how you feel.
At some schools there are traffic officers standing on the sidewalk with a video camera. You don't even know your filmed until that ticket comes in the mail a few weeks later.
And thats for violations such as yours...when a car is stopped for a second at a section where the sign says not to.

I say go fight it. You have nothing to lose; they cant raise your ticket cost. Better you tried and failed than to regret it later.
