my guess is that your like me and our cars are at home getting their beauty rest during the week.... i jus carpool with my gf and use my vic during the weekends... no need to buy a $250 permit...

spaced out nicely.. and its quite deserted at the outskirts... so its dark and quiet and nice.
I like it.
good for my weekly demon summoning.
ie: the field around jeffrey and trabuco.. or san canyon rd... around those areas..
but then they recently built a alberson and kohls and starbucks...
freaking annoying... untrained demons went after the lights and I had to run after them.
bloody mess I tell ya...

I didn't get my 2100 to pay for tuition from ANYWHERe except my own pocket.
It's like the people that are the cheapest (those who won't spend for a dumb permit) are the ones that are getting other **** paid for any way! I'm sick of people who get all these hand outs then complain about stuff that is not free. Did you ever stop to think that the stuff that YOU DID get for free isn't free to other people? It's only free to you from taxpayers!!!!
