It will fit with ANY intake (including stock)

It goes between the intake manifold and the throttle body, so it doesn't modify the inlet opening in any way. Hence the name throttle body spacer

Anyway, your intake will be raised about 1.0" but shouldn't hit your hood.

no ...I got the dyno on a group buy run (13 members) and to many members flaked out on me..hence killing my run....I called about that the other day as a matter of fact cuz it bothers me that i couldnt get it....ya and to run my car waz like a 100 bucks...these r the guys that took over the dyno form my friends shop...who were going to do it for free...but a bunch of **** went down and now were all not talking .......

Ya circa sent it to me for free,.....in return i was going to get him the dyno run on the part..well **** fell through the first time...so i set up a 2nd one but this time it was a group buy dyno run...13 members is what i need to get the runs for like 30 40 bucks i dont remember...well i got the whole deal wrked out...got the 13 members and then they started to flake on me ...well i cant make it this day ...i cant make it that day...cant you get a better price....I stuk my neck out for those people and they fu@$ me over with my guys...it caused a big problem cuz they set aside the day for us...and i didnt come though on my end...for both circa and Upgrade
