RBABE, I will be going up around 11 that morning, because my brother and I are going to meet my parents in Phoenix for dinner at 1:30 or so. I'm sooooo sorry that we can't cruise up together, that was fun when Nick, Rolando, and I all cruised up together. My brother is going to cruise up separately in his IS300, and hopefully some guys from IS300.NET will be there too. I invited them since my brother is going and I was on there forum and they haven't had an IS meet yet, so I thought that it would be fun. I hope no one minds that I invited them. So, we'll probably have a couple of IS's next to us, hopefully. One for sure though. So whoever is saving the spots for us, if some IS's come to you, please let them in next to us. I can't wait to see all you guys. I think I've only met a couple of people since I haven't been to a meet in probably a year or close to it. Well, i'll see you guys soon. Laterz,

******IMPORTANT******

I just remembered that the Barrett Jackson auto auction is happening the same day as our meet and they're expecting about 1000 cars to be around that area...I dont know if we're all gonna be able to park together since parking is gonna be scarce...whoever gets there early will need to try and save a lot of spots, key word is try.

Im gonna be cruisin to the pavillions with the Focus crowd so Im not sure when I'll get there, but I will be there.

Parking is ALWAYS scarce there...and I don't think that we will be able to 'save' spots for the group since everyone is going at different times...

One thing that I know is that the 'vette' row is usually emptying early...around 6:30 - 7:30 (it's the first row on the opposite side of McDonald's)...maybe we can get in there...??

Is there somewhere that we can all get together first and then roll up all together??

i dont know guys. it seems space is gonna be a problem. are we allowed to block of a row, say with caution tape? i know that sounds stupid but that hold a spot for us all.

Unless you're signed up with a club to be in the actual car show its all public parking...first come first serve. If we needed to we could double park as long as we're all around to move cars if needed.

I know last time we all went there, we were not allowed to block off rows at all. Cops cheerfully told us this but we still managed to all park together somewhat but we did not have these extra 1000 cars to contend with. Is anyone getting there early? I think Falken has a good idea about us hooking up at a specific time and place before we get to the Pavillions to keep together and roll up together and try and park together. Anyone have ideas for a meeting place and time for that? Anyone have ideas about an alternative place that is near there in case we absolutely can't all park there? I think we should definitely try Pavillions first for it is great exposure and a fun time had by all but maybe think of back-up places nearby. What does everyone think?

Maybe our meeting place before the Pavillions can be our back-up meeting place in case we absolutely cannot all park at the Pavillions? Because I know we all still want to get together and meet eachother and marvel at our beautiful Civics!

I'm not from Phoenix, so correct me if i'm wrong, but the Barrett Jackson Auction is at the 101 and Frank Lloyd Wright. So, isn't that quite a ways from the pavillions? It looks to be about 5-10 miles north of the pavillions. Some of you Phoenix guys let me know. thanks. laterz,

I will be going through the side streets to get to the meet to avoid the traffic (and beleive me, there will be lots of traffic in the area of Scottsdale / Bell Road)

Okay cool, thanks for the update Mike! Good job! So, it looks like we will just be having the normal crazy parking to deal with which we have dealt with before fairly successful. So, let us say Scottsdale Pavillions@5PM tomorrow or as soon as you can get there! Guys, please remember to look out for IS300 guys and Wet Dreamz guys who will be all in imports. They were all invited and may show and want to park with us. Oh yeah and Chris is coming with the Ford ****us crew, so look out for those guys too. Just kidding Chris, I mean the Ford Focus crew!

Its 4:22 right now and I just got back from RM Racing at 82nd street and Frank Loyd Wright...traffic is crappy but not too bad. Whoever gets there first...try to save some spots but dont worry if ya cant...we'll have to take them as they open up like usual. I dont have a camera like I thought I would, my camera is in Rocky Point with my parents... hopefully someone else will have one. I have a camcorder though. I'll be there shortly after 7 with some new people I met at RM Racing today. Later.
