forclosers are hurting the comps but im not looking to sell so its not really hurting me. i dont have to re fi for a 3 more years. if its still in the tank in 3 years, most places only re-fi 90% loan to value....soo if its in the ******* i will have to pay the diff.
i sold my house in surprise at the perfect time. litterally the next week there were 3 other houses on my street that sat for 6 weeks and sold for 10-20k less.
i look at it as im even....i made almost 90k from my first house, so if im down that much on paper, im still even...lol lol lol
gas is hurting me more than anything. an extra 300-400 a month right off the top of my take home isnt nice.

Damn man. Everyone says its the right time to buy but I'm not buying ANYTHING right now. This economy is too shitty.

it is the time to buy if you don't have anything to sell. for example, house across the street from my friend, sold for 120k at foreclosure auction, he sold it a day later for 135k.
Another friend bought a 3900 sq foot house in anthem for 270k with the seller paying closing costs. he paid nothing out of pocket
my same floor plan house sold for 200k.
go out and pick up a foreclosure. they are cheap.

i changed out both exhaust manifolds on the titan because dumb *** nissan attached the cats to the manifolds. nice 8 hour job last saturday. anybody know where i can recycle my old cats??
