^^^^hahaha...we wont be actually moving in until my fiance graduates in May and then we will move in togther (I'm stuck in my lease and we don't even have a fridge yet)...I will post pics this weekend most likely if my fiance remembers to bring the digi cam. This is the floor plan http://www.drhorton.com/corp/GetFloo...97&liststart=0 it is the "B" elevation. The original buyer fell through and the sales rep called us first. So we fell into this at a perfect time. Anyway I will keep you all informed.
very nice...i was just playin..we should have a meet to help the guy move in
it goes fast if you have 5 or 6 people..we could get more than that..plus it sounds like all his heavy stuff is gonna get delivered..
none of us have trucks though..lol

wow..that is really nice...
youre going to have the same problems i did
1. get the backyard landscaped asap...its sooooo worth it...mine was dirt for 2 years..now that i have somthing back there...im always chilling out back
2. that AC unit is gonna be loud when you have people over..mine is and its annoying when it kicks on
3. theres not enuff room in new garages!!
looks like you need about 3k in appliances also...all in all a good purchase that should make you alot of money in the next few years. good luck and have fun..hope there is a home depot near by
who else here owns a house...i think Falken, 2k1civicgabe, myself......not sure who else though....i think i speak for all of us when i say dont hesitate to ask anything...

thanks guys for all of the compliments....yeah there is a lot of work to be done (even on a new house)...the only appliance that we are really missing is a fridge, but we are going to try to work a deal to trade the dishwasher and stove in for some black, or black and stainless appliances....don't know where the nearest HD is but once the wife starts working (mid June) we will be able to afford all the work we want to do (YAY dual-engineering income household)...anyway, i'm still waiting to hear back on final loan approval, but I am not too worried about that, it is just first-time home buying jitters...wish me luck and you better believe that i will be posting when we get word on final approval.
