I wish I had gotten adjustable shocks rather than tokicos, I love the ride 95% of the time, and when I dont its the road and not the car.. but I cant help but think maybe w/ adjustables I could have set it softer and I'd love the ride all the time... who knows.. (however if I understand things - the spring probably has more impact on how the ride feels than shocks..) o well, im still happy with my sportlines & tokicos. I just wish all roads were smooth my daily drives I'm 99% satisfied with the ride. (because most roads are smooth )

Too stiff, bouncy...? You suck is, uh, not descriptive enough... chances are you just need to get some adjustable struts to balance out a spring rate that is just a tad too high for stock shocks...
Example- This Sunday, installed sportlines on an EP3, sits beautifully... ride= very little bounce but its there...
I remember why I love my CO's!(APEXi WS on my Accord)
Even if you goto a softer spring its still gonna be a higher than stock rate, plus your shocks have already been 'worked' by the higher rate GC springs...

Peace

I have a full coilover system (non sleeved) made by DC Sports. They have 36 way adjustable dampening system to make it stiff or soft. I love the ride. Very easy to adjust the height. IT gives the car a very nice aggressive stance and it's a very smooth tight ride. You dont get the "ricer bounce" like what your probably getting with GC coilovers. I would maybe check out a set of those. Cost ya about $900 shipped from urbinimport.

Even though it's not sleeved he's still considerably bouncier than springs. But you can't drop your height or adjust dampening with springs alone.

How much of a drop do you want? I was considering skunk2's, but I read about lots of bouncing and problems with them if I remember correctly??? Neuspeed or Goldline would be the best bet for springs, IMO. Goldlines are a nice ride with Tokico HPs, not bouncy at all, pretty stiff, lowered about 2". Only cost 515 shipped total for tokicos/goldlines/front camber. You can even get that cheaper.

I have the skunk2 springs on my car with the tokico blues and it drives very nice I think better than stock. the only problem is they are not made for a sedan and the car doesnt sit right. I ordered ground control coilovers through rms who I think you are talking about. I have had the skunk 2 on since july and the ride is really nice but I dont like the way it looks.

Right now it sits really low because I took off my 17's and put on my 15's because I was ruining my tires. The back end sags really bad I have a stereo back there and also I am told because it is a 4 door. with the 17's there was no gap in the back and about 2 in the front.I wouldnt recommend them for a sedan but you are welcome to come look at mine, I never took any pics because I am switching the setup.
