Windows sticking

Ok, I am posting this in two different places because there have been no responses and I hope I am not the only one with this problem. Have any of you guys had a problem with your power windows slowing down and almost stopping half way up. And then when the windows are wet they stop half way up and thats it nothing. They go back down but will never go past the half way point when wet.

LOL, it sucks when its not wet, and it gets stuck, and theres sort of a ripped feeling, LOL!

BTW, i think your window may be off the track or something broke inside.

Nope, but I've owned VW's where the windows drop in the door and cost $400 to fix. I went through 4 regulators in my last Jetta.
