Its a Ver.2 Gonkulator Pump with 2 Johnson Rods wired in series to a Kaunooter Valve. It makes soup.

Ok, let me clarify...it works the same as a hand held radar but its fixed in the car for oncoming traffic or passing traffic. I still have to make the flashy lights turn on though...
