Moving to Phoenix in mid July...
I have a 2001 Silver EX 4dr 5spd. I'm coming from OKC to Phoenix. Just thought I'd say whats up and see if there are any local clubs or websites for any Phoenix racing or imports.
Fri nights theres a lot of people on mill ave. in tempe, mostly bars 
and stuff(are you 21?). On sat night there is always a car show at the pavillions (i think theres one at f-1 race factory also 
). About every month or so there is a sport compact only night at firebird raceway.

Rep Power: 0 there really isn't a strip where people cruise is there around here? we had a loop in sioux falls where i cam from that people would cruise on, but i dont know of one here. I guess mill ave was a loop for the prior years until now since they've remodeled the area.

Rep Power: 0 I won't be 21 til Feb. Kinda sucks, but oh well. Yeah..here in OKC, we have a spot we hit up every saturday night and a few places for racing from there.

I live in Chandler (border of Mesa) 2 miles from Tempe too. I live in a 3 Bedroom house and have a 2 car garage. My rent is 850. I go through www.desertwideproperties.com or try www.prsrentals.com my girfriends mom works there (I might be able to put in a good word for you) Just as long as you're not a deranged, child-molesting, bornerfied, peeping-tom with a bad case of acne on your ***. Or in anotherwords, Alex.
hey...im way deep in the avenues sucka...i have a 3 bedroom 2 bath, den, 2 car garage RV gate, ect ect, for under $800 a month on a mortgage and im making about 10% a year in equity....well i did the first year..hopefully as they continue to build it will keep going up.
it sucks living way out here but it was al i could afford for new stuff
try to live by where you work. wherever that may be...just stay out of guadalupe and el mirage.

I'm thinking I might start a local car site when I get there. We have a couple good ones in OKC.
