Close the account(s), change the numbers...and go from there.

Remember...he has to be able to PROVE she's doing it, and it's in fact her.

It only acts as a HOV/carpool/motorcycle lane during those listed hours. Other than that you're ok

he can go to any city of JP court and get an Injunction Against Harassment. That means she cant contact him in person, by phone, thru 3rd party, or mail. If she does and he can produce factual evidence ie. voicemail, answering machine tape, text messages, mail, etc... She can get charged

Before all that though...he has to do everything within his power to fix things in a civil way

Hey Alex053

Dont forget about the Class three Firearms license you need. Also the backround check does not go to D.P.S., It goes to the F.B.I. All full auto weapons must be stored in a California state approved safe when not in transport to or from a shooting session. 1 more thing you give up most of your rights to the F.B.I as far as they can come to your house and do a search to make sure the weapon is locked up and to make sure you still own it to make sure you have not sold it to anyone not approved to own one.

I may come, but the only problem is my car hits the body shop this tuesday for some front end repairs. Then it has to go to the mechanic shop to have a motor mount and lower control arm bushing replaced if the insurance approves the repairs.

Just so people know have your motor mounts and all other mounts checked when in a front end accident. Mine was hit at maybe 15 mph and tore both those mounts to crap.

She has to be served the injunction before any legal action can be taken against her...then she can be arrested and prosecuted with proof of evidence

if a cop pulls u over... can he make u do the whole drunk test thingy. Just wondering because I wasn't drinking or speeding or doing anything legal (didn't even have the dvd screan up) but I got pulled over by a cop, then another one showed up, then a third one showed up, i was made to get out of my car, do and take the stupid breathalizor (or however u spell it)... the cop just said they were doing suprise pull overs (THE THE HELL IS THAT!)... isn't it the same as having a cop do an illegal search.... I was just wondering because they were total dicks to me. but is it legal for them to do all of that **** without any proof, and i know i wasn't speeding because I had the cruise control on (I was on the 101)... cops are dicks sometimes...

ernbu-

Where on the 101 were you? Were you on your cell phone or playing with your radio before you were pulled over? I casn tell you that probably cause is needed before you're pulled over. It could be something as little as your registration stickers were installed incorrectly or your vehicle matched one that was reported as being reckless...2 nights ago I was dispatched to look for a possible DUI driver in a light blue older model honda civic. I found it and stopped it and ended up arresting the guy fro DUI

When I see another peace officer on a traffic stop I always stop to make sure they're ok...thats why you see more than one officer at a lot of stops. Chances are thwe other guys were bored and wanted to see what was going on.

What did you blow on the PBT (portable breath tester)? I take it they let you go?

I think they take you "downtown", cuz they don't know if you have really been drinking, then if you refuse to do one, that only raises suspicion.

I'll clarify...If you refuse to submit to the tests...it's taken as an admission to guilt, drunk or not. Just do the tests...if it gets to the point where they take you to use an Intoxilyzer then you'll all know for sure...Its done in the name of keeping the general public safe.

I use a portable breath tester at the scene to build PC...if you blow zero's in that then you're free to go unless they have a suspicion of drugs.

I know if someone Im testing has been drinking or not...and you're not then Im wasting my time while someone else is driving drunk.

So my friend borrowed his friends car and got pulled over for speeding. The cops asked if they could search the car and he said yes and they found 8 pills of "E" and a vile of Ketamine. Need less to say they arrested him on the spot and siezed the car. Is there anything he can do or is he screwed? Is he looking at jail time? What can expect to come from all of this?

Your friend is screwed...unless they wanna work some kinda deal with him where he gives them intel on something bigger.

If you drive a vehicle (no matter who owns it) you are responsible for the contents of that vehicle.

He's lookin at fines and prolly jail time for possession of narcotic drugs (maybe dangerous drugs, Im not familiar with ketamine)
