i say ry's house since its in the middle and this time gives the orlando people driving to a meet then 2 feet from their house. 
how about the end of march where people in school(dam youngsters) oh wait im going back to school to this year are off and dont have exams and shyt. the more people the more installs we can do on each others car. as for me i just got my gauges.

well its one of my parents houses but they wouldnt mind, the driveway prob has room for like 9 cars or so on pavement,two car garage, then a few acres of dirt/grass... tools there would be limited though people would have to bring stuff.
also if this will be a tech meet prob want to start at like 10am so there is plenty of daylight, instead of going out to eat have a bbq or something, the house also has a pool.
