Well Joey and I got to be there with Hector when the car came out and man does it sound nice. Any one want to buy me a turbo kit lol but any ways i hope that you guys get to see the car soon we should have a meet so you all can see the car and also so we can be able to hang out.

I've seen mesh save intercoolers.. I've even seen home depot chicken wire stop a copper pipe from smashing in..

thats nasty hector we have to get together so we can get jumping on my k 20 swap i got everything except the ecu having trouble fiding one new for a good price but i still want to turbo it .i got the upgrade kit from toda racing . hit me up .

If you are going to turbo it you should get the aftermarket PCU and don't bother with the stock.

K-Pro would work nice, and if you go cybernation you can just keep the stock ecu and go with the guardian. =)

That's the least of my concerns an air filter can go up in minutes.
The car still being tuned so if you see lose, missing things or cosmetic looks out of place is because is not done yet.
My engine never looked that dirty before.
It all should come into place soon.

I still have to go out shopping.
I'm just thankfull my wife is cool about it.
Is never fun to be be one of the first to do any mods on a car, all the trouble shooting and knowledge is gain from dose who venture out and get it done.
Hell, I got most of my research done from guys like Opto and Dezod that had being thinkering with their cars for awhile.
That's where the fun is at.
Is like puting together a toy model car:

yea i hear ya. thats what i thinkis going to be the problem with the swap and the turbo application. i have been getting alot of info from toda racing. they did the turbo in the k20 last year that was on the cover of turbo mag. they sent me all the tuning info. prolem is they had accses to a dyno everytime they ran into a problem. if i need to do that its going to cost some serios cash. we'll see what

Looks really nice Hector. I'm hoping to drop a turbo in mine this spring. Possibly the Dezod kit when it comes out. I'd do it when the car gets here but it's just too damn cold to ride my bicycle to work.

Germany is F%$ing awesome. Nothing like going well over 130 kph on an unrestricted section of the autobahn and the polizei can't pull you over. Only thing that sucks is that my car still isn't here. Last word is that it is at Bremerhaven Port and has been assigned a truck to take it down here. I'll know more tomorrow afternoon. And soon after I'll treat everyone to pics of me put-putting around Hockenheimring and Nurburgring.

Hector, you don't remember me from the meet a couple months ago? Oh. That's right. You were concentrating on the Long Islands. I just got stationed in Deutchland so the Army payed to ship my car. It's an '01 HX. The plan is to have the fastest Civic with CVT(Continuously Varaible Tranny) in Germany.
