I bought a cd player off a guy in the fs forum about 2 weeks ago. He sent me a pm when he got the money order that he would send it that thursday or friday. Well, it is now saturday, and no cd player. You may think it is just a cd player, but i am only 15 and i worked like 2 months to save up that money and it really pissed me off. If someone could look it up in the phone book and get me the number or if it comes down to it, pay him a little visit. The last pm received said "m.o reeceived, will send it out thursday or friday, my e-mail account got hacked, my new address is suckawat@aol.com" I have pm'd him and sent an e-mail everyday for the tracking number and more info, nothing at all. If someone could please help a fellow 7thgener out. i read samari's whole thread, i know you feel my anger. Anyway, here is the info i got:

His name on here was civicr34. im pretty sure it isn't thieu, unless he moved or something? Teh zip code is 33702 also. And he just received the money to that address a little over a week ago, so i don't think he has moved in that short of time. NeonIMpact, If it is a trailer park, wouldn't the adress not have the apt.4 on it? If i called the hidden village mobile home number, shouldn't i be able to get his number from them? I don't know if they would be willing to give out their resident's numbers though? Thanks for the help. I really hate crooks like this.

the thing is, everytime i had a question about the cd player or transaction, he would answer like within 15 minutes everyday, up until he got the money.

I dont think its a "Mobile" type home, then again it may be.

Call the number for the Village Mobile Homes thing above that i gave you, and ask for Apartment #4.

They should direct you or give you some kind of contact.

Who knows, maybe the guy will showup in this thread and try to resolve something.

For a second i thought, what if it got delayed or something and the guy did send it, but wouldn't he have replied to my e-mails or at least my pm's since he gets on the site almost everyday? I mean if he saw this thread and really sent it, i think he would contact me telling me to back down or something. I would just fell bad if it came liek on monday or something, I guess if it does it is his own fault for being an a** and not repling to anything. I don't know, im just rambling. F*** him.

i tried calling back and still no answer. I was thinking of maybe calling one of his neighbors that has a listed number and seeing if they could help me out? Smuggler, i was thinking you should start out with maybe a baseball bat first and work your way up to the rifles I'm pretty sure he didn't send it, because i would of had a tracking number by now. If one of you live close by, if you could roll up there and see whats up, i would greatly appreciate it. Or if someone could help me get this guys actual number. If you ever need anything done in sc, hit me up with a pm.

what kind of money order was it? u may be able to stop payment before he cash it or the bank cash it.

file a complaint with the us postal inspectors for mail fraud. I know it wont get that far, but at least his name will have a ding attached to it somewhere along the lines.

u may want to contact his local authority too to see what they can do about it. maybe not much, but at least you can file a report too.. or complaint, hopefully they'll let you.. and again, another ding to his name.

this is all depending on the amount too.. i'm guessing its no more than $200.. but yeah..

sorry to hear about the problem. make sure u check member feedback before u buy.. if they dont have any.. and its a high ticket item, its probably not worth the risk then..

ill try and see if I can come up with more option for you. i'd hate to hear that you saved up so much at this age just to get jacked by some punk.
