Also my friend suggested me sending a letter to his PO Box from like a law firm and kind of threatening him and see what he will do.

The United states post office requires a photo ID for every person that is to receive mail at a mailbox. The Alan guy has to exist (at least on paper) and they post office should have a photo of him along with his physical address. If I were you I would contact the post office you sent the mail to and report him for mail fraud (a federal offence) which would also be bank fraud. That's the best way to find out what's going on with him.

Also, most people I know with PO boxes check them once a day, maybe have someone keep an eye on that box and get a tag number or even find out if the post office has video surveilience.

If someone could also call the junkyard that is located at that address to see if they have any rsx or Si parts that might also be helpful. Let the manager know you're looking for seats and just add in something else like a steering wheel so it doens't sound so fake. (as in airbags deployed)

I'm working on getting his physical addy info from the P.O. Box. Right now, I'm getting some people I know to check into finding by P.O. Box. Next step (being a govt employee) is to get some of myfriends at the police dept (I don't work there, but do work in conjunction with them) to check their db, and to hopefully get in touch with west palm's pd and see if they can search their data to find you some info. I found a place online that can get the info for you frmo the info you supplied, but the problem is that it costs $90 USD. If you could somehow get the person's IP addy, it'd be easy to get their info. But I don't know anyone that can do that. Unless it's in the database here with the registration info. Don't know how you'd get into that info though.
