Rep Power: 0 I live out in Killearn, but my girlfriend, where I am 90% of the time lives off Tennessee, right across from campus...I know a couple people in Southgate. My girlfriend's roommate is Andrew from this site, BTW.

I wanna move out of my house, I turn 21 in November, time to move on, lol. my probation ends end of July, and I want to be in a house on that side of town.

the rent really depends on how much the house is and what not, but i might already have 2 people interested, 8k a year at southgate is not pretty, so they tell me
edit: i am not looking to rent, i am looking to buy, i will become the landlord
