Hey guys... i fuked up really bad yesterday... and it was the last day i had to pay my ticket... it was a minor one but couldn't afford another point on my license or it would be suspended... and i was so scared of it being revoked that i elected to take ddriving school... well i elected 6 months ago too.... has anybody else on this forum done this??? i know of a lotta people who have done it and not gotten caught... but i just wish i could go back in now today and tell them i messed up and just give em more cash to just pay ticket... i'm so scared i'm gonna get caught and then arrested.... anybody done this before????

nahh dude. i cant help. cuz the one and ONLY ticket i ever had was a speeding ticket of 91 in a 55 on I4 and i elected for online traffic school and no points. so i cant really help seeing how i dont know "law" very well.

You're not gonna get arrested.... When you pay the ticket they are supposed to check and see if you already took the class within 12 months and they make you sign the affidavit. If you signed it and swore that you didn't take the class within 12 months but you did then yeah you are gonna get caught. It is like the first line of Warnings on that affidavit. If you lie I think your liscense will get suspended.
Just call the Clerk of Courts and tell them that you ****ed up and pay the full price of the ticket. It's better to get the points than lie to the federal courts.

I can do that??? call in and tell em i messed up and didn't read what the affidavit said and just pay rest of ticket and i won't get in even deeper crap??? thanks for info wildrice
