Lexus GS400 vs Honda S2000

Lexus GS400 vs Honda S2000
Took the daddy's car out for a joyride.. haha.. had to get some races in.. otherwise it breaks, right? 
It's the GS400, BTW.. not the S2K.
First, a lousy stick shift BMW 528i tried to go us in a sneaky way by slingshot off the line... smoked it easily, even though he started before us. Didn't even take more than 1 sec for us to catch up and blow past him.
Then we followed an S2000 onto the highway. A couple of guys in their late 20's driving it.. sweet car.. gave him a grin.. and we went at it from about 80km/h (about 50mph).
We would always gain a car length as we punch it, because I guess of the torque (hey, it's a V8 after all--310ft of it). But DAMN the S2000 is fast on the highway!! I was so impressed!! We were losing him still, but V-E-R-Y slowly!! Holy carp!! At the peak of his VTEC zone, it looked as if he was about to close the gap, but redlines don't last forever (thank god).
We took it to 220km+ (roughly 135mph) before we were forced to slow down due to the traffic ahead of us. But I had to give the guy major thumbs up!
I've seen S2000's go off the line, and it's nothing impressive... but on the highway, the thing's a beast. I see it smoking a lot of Euro cars out there...!!
