so some 4door 96-98 civic (i think it was a dx model) was driving really slow the middle lane right? he had a rice exhaust and everything...
i pull up next to him and just pace him for a good 30 sec...
hes doing 55... when everyone else is doing about 65
so im pacing him and he revs on me.... HE REVVED ON ME
so i dropped it into third and easily put about 6 cars between us

but the passenger of the car was trying to get the guy to go faster...

Hah, yea I was driving down the highway about 70 & I pass this guy with a bunch of earings & tats on his neck in 6th gen hatch goin about 60 & about 30 secs later I hear this BUZZZZZZZZZ!! & I look over & hes got it floored but hes just barely inching past me, I see his face & hes pissed. I guess his car wasnt running right. cuz I dropped it into 4th gave a little gas & swiftly moved ahead & let off. We did this a few times, it was kinda funny, but I kinda felt sorry for him cuz his car just wouldnt go.

I get revved on all the time. I usually get these jokers pacing me and weaving to stay next to me. Becuase i am usually in the fast lane. So i down shift and gun it for about 10 sec. then i hit the brakes and let the idiots fly away. Now i am safe and so are the cars around me. I hate idiots.

I feel your pain man, I only get revved on by cars that there is no way in hell I can take. I have tried to get every car that I wold have a shoot against at my school to race me, but what happens is I get revved on by V8 camaro's and mustangs that think hading a 4 cylinder a loss in a race is such a big defeat. I just want a race where it will be close and it will be a drivers race. I still like racing though, especially when I'm racing somebody and they don't drive well but hte car is powerful. In that ase I have beaten the same mustang cobra seven different times because the kid keeps trying to shift around redline and he ALWAYS takes it to far. It is funny because first he is way out in front then I catch up then he is back in front then I catch him. If he knew how to race then he would easily spank me only using two gears

Hm... usually revving at you means they are ready to go... so 6 car lengths, maybe they miss shifted or something and gave up. But 6 car lengths right from the get go... hmm.....

like i said.. he was doing 55 and i dropped it into third... taht means at 55 im at 4000-4500rpms... i cant think off the top of my head right now.. but thats good til 80....

On the way to the NOPI show in Atlanta, we got into a real traffic jam. The road was full of imports in stop and go traffic. Lots of revving going on. So I sat for awhile and got some room in front and then laid down a big patch of rubber. The revving stopped for a little while.

I saw a 96-98 Green LX Sedan with an Si badge on it and a fart can on the highway the other day. It was sad. Very sad. I would've raced him but the traffic was too heavy.
