on the way back home from my gf i ended up with a lexus is300, i reved at him but he didnt rev back cuz of his automatic . when the light turned green i floored it, i was gaining on him in first gear (about 1/2 car-length) but then he was already catching up and at 60 was ahead of me and i slowed down then.(no point in trying if there is no hope anyways.)

so then this mustang gt cought up with us, we all were going pretty much the same way it seemed so we all raced together. we lined up at another light. the lexus and the mustang up front and the lil HX(with me in it) behind the mustang. when the light turned green the mustang and the lexus didnt move very quick and so i didnt have a chance on gaining on them(they were in the way) then the lexus was in 2nd and was gaining on the mustang but as soon as the mustang was in mid 2nd he was catching up and kept on smoking the lexus and me. and i lol, was behind anyways but only by 2 car lengths behind the mustang and the lexus was behind him by 1/2.

it was lots of fun, we all had about 5 runs, on and of from, with rolling starts and with red light starts.

a little later i found an older nissan pick up truck. i have no idea if he modded his car or not, it didnt have a name on the back so i cant say what it was, it was just small. we both got up to a red light and surley enough he wanted to race. we reved our babies up and as soon the light turned green we took of, we were even in 1st but starting in second he kept gaining on me.
still it was lots of fun.


yeah, so i got owned by 3 cars in one night, big freaking deal, i still had a ton of fun.

Maybe you could find another HX to race.

i think all i need is a k20 swap, so i am saving my money , then they all wont know what hit them my HX will be a SLEEPER hehe

the mustang driver was definately toying with the lexus driver. straight off the line, the stang would have left the lex in the dust. seems to me like the stang just stayed with the lex as a joke and then floored it and took off...you know how some people toy with slow cars.

the only stock stangs we can beat are auto v6s. v8s will destroy civics.

Maybe that's because they have almost 3 times the displacement we have?? I don't know...maybe a possibility?
