Integra 1, Civic 0...

I just got home from watching Better Luck Tomorrow (a pretty disturbing movie) and shooting pool. I come off the freeway and stop at the light and this red Integra pulls up to my left and starts revving it. I say wut the heck, I haven't street raced in about 6+ months. So the light turned green and I started rolling, not a launch, b/c I didn't know if he was 4real about it or not. Well the race was on, 1st gear was close and even, 2nd gear was close and even, then when I shifted to our shitty *** 3rd gear he just kept going... I think he was still in 2nd. All I know is that he had a nice sounding exhaust, so probably name brand. I don't know if he was GS or GSR, probably a GS.

I'm proud of my Lana (the name of my car). I'm bone stock except for a K&N Drop In filter if you want to count that as a mod. Lowered w/ 17"s and thats it. I dropped out of my ebay buy of the K&N FIPKII, I wish I would have bought it now...

it was probably because you had bigger/heavier wheels than he did, unless he had 17s also.

nah, he was on some 16s, no name brand I think... I got the air filter off of... well just go to www.knfilters.com and search for which places sell them... $36 shipped I think...

I was shifting at 7200 rpm... After reading some posts last night, I should start shifting earlier at 6300-6800... I'll do that next time and see if there's a difference...

OOOH YEAH, BTW: I drive a sedan, and he was in a coupe...
