more races from last night
Last night on my way to work, I was bothered on the freeway by a guy in a grand prix GTP and his apparent girlfriend. She was kinda hot, so it's too bad she wasn't topless like my car. 
Anyways, I'm flyin in the left lane doin 80mph, and this guy is on my butt. I graciously move over, once I clear traffic, though I'm a little irritated that I was already going 15 over, yet he was trying to climb into my trunk.
He gets next to me.... and revs! We start to get into traffic, so I fall in behind him, but this slows us down to around 70mph. He gets stuck behind a car, and so I pass, and once again he's on my tail. Traffic clears and I drop to 4th to be ready for a go. I slowly accelerate, with him pacing me the whole time. Nothing. Dude doesn't move. Alright, I'm still in 4th and we are going about 85mph. I push in the clutch and pretend to ignore him. My engine is no longer revving high, giving the impression I've quit.
Then he goes. I of course, was ready for this, and proceeded to give him a long look at my trunk, since he was so anxious to see it before. This catches the attention of an old talon that also tries to give me a run. This one was modded and he did really well. I still edged him out from 70-110, but it was a good race. I'd say he was within a car length.
The next encounter was not a race I was in, but one I witnessed. I was behind a new accord V6 at a light, which was next to a neon SRT-4. I wish I could race, but alas, it was only a 2 lane road. The little neon was revving his engine like there was no tomorrow. The accord started to slowly creep up, and the light turned.
The neon spun wayyyyy too much, and the accord took off. By the time we hit around 80mph, the road was coming to one lane, and both the accord AND ME were ahead of the neon. Learn to friggin drive your car moron.
Wasn't that fun? On another note, I will soon have video from the track this weekend, including an auto 350Z losing to an older 2 door accord.

Rep Power: 0 Ahhh, it's nice that the weather is getting better. S2000, I sure missed your stories. I love the fact that you tell it like it is, win or lose, and what happens along the way. It's nice to have some cool stuff to read everyday. Keep it up, and let us know

Rep Power: 290 they did a whole skit on car and driver television, about th srt 4, the tranny is completlye messed up, shifting is like trying to part the red sea, and not to mention, really bad clutch systems, gives it even more bad for the buck
