I used to drive like that a while back. Ever since I got the kit put on I think its more fun to cruise around kinda slow and turn some heads. Now thats not sayin I don't drive the hell out of my civic anymore.

and i always redlined, if there is no car infront of me.
i have an auto and when it shifts, it goes to 6800 b4 it shifts. at least its 0-60 in 8.8 secs. i dont know how to translate that figure into a quarter mile time. anyways, how much is a run at a strip?
Ill redline every once in a while, but i almost always shift at 4000-4500 anyway. I just wish 1st wasnt so flippin short, my engine is screaming and im not going anywhere. 2nd is my fav gear to redline by far. Just waiting in 2nd at like 3000 then punchin it makes my slow car feel a little fast

I redline when I'm racing around on the twisty streets around where I live or when I feel like having some fun, most of the time I shift from 1st at 20 MPH or 4000 RPMS, then fromd 2nd to 3rd/4th at 40 or 4000 RPMS, then sit around in 4th or 5th.
