ok.. so im driving around and i see this red evo8

well i didnt do anything... but it was still kinda weird to watch... cause i saw this short asian guy behind the wheel with his head barely above the dash... at this point im thinking hes got rich parents....

but i dunno i dont get a chance to see tastefully done cars very often... im in riceville...
