I took a new caddy muhahahaha

I was drivin down the road and was in a hurry so I flew by this caddy that was sittin at the light that just turned green and I think he thought it was a "ricer flyby" cause next light was red and he started to roll down his window and I could see him shaking his head as he changed his mind and rolled it back up. I thought yeah, whatever, well, light turned green and I went, not pushing it but just getting the jump. I always hate to let the car next to me get the jump, i'm just weird like that, anyhow he took that as a go and punched it, spun tires and so I thought ok, here we go. I nailed it and we stayed side by side. Next light was red, now I'm thinkin, either this guy was playin with me or sux cause that new caddy should beat my stock ex. Again, side by side, green light, we both go but he could not pass me Now I truly think those cars could beat ours especially if the civic is stock but the fool couldn't drive. On top of things, he was kinda swerving as he was runnin but ya know, I really don't care. Winning is winning. We may have been side by side but on the track, since my nose was ahead, that means I won woooooooohoooooooo

First off, you never mention what model, and trim level the caddilac is.

Second, IF you took it to the track its not going to matter whos car was in front. Like you said yourself, you got the launch on him. You had a quicker reaction time, but from seeing what you say, my guess is that he had no intentions of racing you, just keeping pace. if it was that close he was side by side with you, he would have eaten you if he punched the gas.

Oh, and some guy in a big truck did that to me the other day on my way home from work. I was at a red, and it changed green as he was coming so he didnt stop. He acted all like he beat me or something! I was at a full stop and he was already going 35+ mph thru teh intersection and the other side of the intersection the road merges to 1 lane so i wasnt even going to be stupid and try to cut him off just to shut him up. I did however end up following him for several miles since he took the same route i normally do home. Intentionally stayed in the same lane as him every time the road would split to 2, and kept pace with him until he finally turned off onto a side street. I assume it wasnt his intended turn, since it was so sudden and without a signal, and kept on my way home. Fact of the matter is i easily could have passed him like it was nothing several times but i had more fun just knowing i could if i wanted to.

I agree with you totally that he could have beat me but because I on cadillacs, I'm not sure of the model, I know it wasn't one of the, I think, devilles but all I care is that he didn't pass me. And I do refer back to the fact that he spun his tires which yeah, maybe he was toying with me but I still like to think he is just a sucky driver.

He was toying with you. The only race you won was your imagination.

And on a track even if you crossed the 1/4 mile mark first it doesn't mean jack ****.

Uh, whoever crosses the finish line first wins in a head to head race. (not bracket racing)
