Hi, I just bought a Honda Civic and I'm trying to win a race
I bought a Honda Civic at a "buy here pay here" dealership, and I want to know why I'm losing to my friend's Trans Am? I have a spoiler on it, that should add like 20 HP right? I don't understand, 110 FWD HP is a tremendous amount of power, why is he smoking me by like 10 car lengths? Do I have to buy one of those really loud exhausts for my 4-cylinder car?

Any tips for bolt-ons and mods would be helpful.
