No way.. If it's an I4 with an auto you definitely would take it.. I drove a 2003 with the 5-speed manual and it was slow, couldn't imagine how slow it would be with the auto.

Rep Power: 319 I had an '04 Accord with an auto and I4, that car will own a 7thgen in top end, the tranny makes really good use of the torque when at higher speeds and has a REALLY good drag coeffecient. From say 0-50 it will be close, but above say 60-70, I'll say the Accord will walk.

Rep Power: 251 v4 sounds weird cuz then if u imagine in ur head *****imagines***** its to small...thats why they put it on bikes..but hey..those v4 engines are about 900cc..so then again *****imagines***** not so small...but u get the idea..putting a v4 in a car wudnt make sense unless it was a vw bug. hmmmm i wonder how vtec hits on bikes...(sorry off topic)

Rep Power: 0 beat an 05 model from 5-60 by one car lenght. pretty sure it was an automatic. i also had the last model of auto v6 accord until about 55mph. i think you could take the 4 cylinder accord. auto v6's will beat u at about 55mph, same thing happened against a rice alero at the track, got him of the start to about 1/8 and he beat me by about .8
also beat some 4 cylinder camry auto before. fun races.
