Okay, I thought this little Rant would Fit okay in this Section...
So I'm driving to work this Morning, coming down a Rural section of route 1. Speed limit is 40 mph... I'm doing 55-60...
Up ahead of me a Blue VW Beetle pulls out in front of me, I don't think much of it, till a couple of seconds later, when I have to mash my breaks pretty hard, becuase by the time I catch up to him he's only doing 30mph. He's obviously in no hurry to excelerate. I really don't think much of it, other than it's a minor annonyounce. But not a big deal, becuase a mile down later the road will break into two lanes and I can pass him.
So I continue to follow the Blue VW who finally makes it to 40 mph. I really do not feel I was tailgating him. I normally judge this by the Two second rule
(Two second rule, Car in front of you lines up w/ an object (street sign) you count to two (one mississippi two mississippi) If you can count that before you line up w/ that object, you're good)
So i'm just about right on the two second rule, at 40 mph it's enough room to squeeze another car inbetween us... I'm just driving, left hand at 9'oclock right hand relaxed off the wheel ... In no way do I look Menacing..
All of a sudden the guy in the VW does some kind of Disco Move pointing his finger off to the right. I laugh and wonder what he is doing... Then it clicks... I think there was a Speed Limit sign there!
So I know the speed decreases to 30 for a hill before the Conowingo Dam, and Sure enough He does his Disco Pointy Move to the Speed Limit Sign and slows down to just below 30. I'm laughing at this point, cuase I'm still following the two second rule and the guy is just being a dork.
On the dam, Speed Changes to 45 mph and the signs on the Left, Sure enough he does a disco pointy move to the left.... So Now I'm a little ticked becuase the guy is a Moron who is trying to prove some kind of Point about how Holy he is for Following to Speed Limit so Closesly.
Well, After the damn, the road splits into two lanes, I deciede to do the follow.
Drop it in Second and pass the Dork.
Get into his lane & Slow down a Bit so he can see me good.
Put my hands in the air off to my right a little so he can see him good and make a clapping motion. (Like three or four Claps)
Of course the point of this is "Yeah You're so cool for reading the Speed Limit, You Deserve Applause!"
Then I speed up to 60 mph (now a 50mph speed limit) and I continue on my way to work.
What a Dork! I didn't really want to just flip him off, but why does he think I would give a rats butt if If he Knows how to go the speed limit.
So Someone Agree with Me, Pointing to the Speed Limit Sign is Not Cool!
Of course neither is Clapping (but at least I thought it was Funny =D )

Once thing I try not to do, is mess w/ people before I turn into my drive way, I don't want them harassing my wife, if they see her coming out later...

hehe... I just got a 6,000lb truck... retards seems to stay away from me now. But when I drive the 8thgen, I have to watch out for them all the time, they never leave me alone, very annoying.

frankly if it was me i would have went under the speed limit just to **** you off.
i cant stand drivers like you due to even if that guy was going 5 over you still would have been up his butt and you know it, grow up saying you know where he lives is so 7th grade.

I already Stated, I base my definition on Tailgating on the 2 second Rule.
I already stated, In another mile, the road splits into a portion of two lanes, where I can Easily get around him... I drive on this road twice a day, to and from work.... Getting behind a slow car, HAPPENS A LOT!
Can I say, that I NEVER tailgate people... No... I have tailgated people before...
But what I'm saying is that I was not upset at all, when I noticed his disco move thing, I could care less if the guy chose to drive the speed limit. That is his right...
And you are right, it was wrong of me to speed, I try to only do 9mph over the limit and I was doing more of 15 - 20 ... another reason, I wasn't really mad at the guy.

Rep Power: 255 Sometimes when people are going slow in front of me I like "inform" them of the speed limit by flashing what it is with my digits. Like the other day, some dumb LADY was doing 40 in front of me on a road where the limit is 50 (yep, it's one lane!) and so I gave her the five fingers followed by the o symbol three times in a row. Of course I think she was too busy talking to her passenger with her right hand to notice.

When they do the speed limit... It's kinda like, you can't really be mad at em becuase it's the speed limit... But when you're stuck behind some goober who can't read a sign, it's frustrating as hell.

So for like the past two days when I'm leaving or coming from my house (this all happened about 1.5 miles away from my house) I can't help but notice this guys house and think about how funny the whole thing was...
Well guess what he put in his front yard today!!!!
A friggin tractor for sale, with a big sign on it, with nothing but his phone number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sorry, I know it's evil, but I'm going to have to Prank call this guy... he's beggin for it.
