I have been winterizeing my car and tryign to save gas a little. and yesterday decided to go out for a bit. I went over to my friends house and chilled and then my other freind came over with his 05 Tc. We went to pick a few people up for a local show and a party, he had one person in the car and i had nobody yet. And it just so happens we get a light. So i figure lets see what a full interior and about 100lbs of system sedan can do against his 5-speed Tc. Im was running 3lbs of boost on 91 octane. Mine is also a 5-speed.

We both got decent launches and once the turbo spooled the tires just spun. Through 1st he had about a 1/4 car on me. He gained about anpther 2/3 of a car in 2nd. Through 3rd he didn't gain any and by the time i was finally starting to catch up a little we had to shut down at about 80.

I figured not to bad for an untunned sedan running on 3psi. I think i could have beat him pretty good on 9psi and 93 octane like i should have been running.

stock or bolt on tc's aren't that bad, its the boosted ones that you have to look out for. Get it tuned
