Yup, as the title states, i went and picked this girl up from this car club meet cuz she hated it so much, there was like 5 6th gen hatchbacks and 4 were on steelies, a few other rice mobiles, etc. after i picked her up, and was pulling out, they walk up to me and start wanting me to race them......first words out of my mouth "I drive a civic, I've come to terms with it being slow, it's not going to be fast, so why race other slow civics to see whose is the slowest?" all 6 of the guys just got speechless and stood there. So, I turned my new system up and drove off with a smile on my face while my girl was laughing hysterically and pointing.

whats funny is they were all older than me, all in the late 20s, the hoods were open, all d16s, some cai, some headers, no turbos or swaps. Sad that i was more mature and responsible than them haha (not overall just on the roads)
