um if u pay attention to detail its says spectator lane gets there first at 11 and tower lane get there at 10.94@133mph

10 sec hatch the car is from hawaii and when it came to hilo it did 10.02 sec. in the 1/4 mile. It still is street legal and here is the link for it^
