hello people, does anyone know the stock 1/4 time for a 2005 manual civic dx. can it beat a chev. corsica v6 auto?

no, it's prolly around 17 or so depending on the driver

a manual DX can do about a 16 flat/low 16's depending on driver. 17 is with a crappy driver or a warm/hot/humid day.

and yes you should be faster than the corsica.
