I don't doubt the power of the K series at all. But I have never heard of this guy, he has no detials of his car in his profile, what has been done to it? I'm not calling BS or anything, just want to know how me got over some of the major issues that I know face high powered civics and what he did to get that kind of power. Also, he says he's from Akron, if that's the Ohio Akron (which is the only major Akron I know of) I'm very surprised I haven't seen or at least heard of him, granted I haven't been out much lately becasue I have nothing sporty at the moment, but still it's surprising to me that I haven't heard of him.
Yeah, if you have 435 whp in a Civic, you have to be retarded not to beat a stock Cobra that has less power and weighs more.

I ran 11.7 to his 11.62, now on a 100 shot it would have been a little different (I ran consistent sub 11s) but his car is fast as hell even with shitty 60' times. If he could hook it he could run 10s all day but if he could hook it he would also break and axle very quickly (IMO).
