03 Civic Lx 50 Shot Vs 01 Eclipse Gt

Zup ya'll....I got a 03 lx I/H/E and I'm runnnig 50 shot NX.....my buddy just bought a 01 Eclipse GT 3.0 V6.......what do you all think about it? I'm 5spd he has that AT/MT you know where he can take his gears to the redline! he used to get beat by me in his old car so, now he's telling everybody he's gonna smoke my a$$ which I think it might be true but I'm not sure cuz I've never raced a V6 before.........

v6 eclipses with the AT trannys are good for high 15's at best.

If you've got a 5-speed, you'll probably be close without spraying... Spraying, you'll waste him.

If you're auto, you're probably screwed, although it would be interesting to see a spraying auto vs. the auto eclipse.

I've driven one of those (03 Eclipse GT(auto) it felt just as slow as my Civic...

with Nitrous you'll SMOKE HIM w/o Nitrous, Since his car is Auto, u might stand a chance...

I almost didnt even wanna read this thread because I thought you already raced the eclipse and said you won which is what I would expect anyway. That should be an easy win. Dont even sweat it.
