me vs crx..

I was stopped at a light tonight on my way downtown. From the rear I see a little ol red crx huggin my ***. So I speed up a little. He's still there and were comin up to a light. Obviously he pulls next to me. I look over and its a puerto rican guy(assuming since thats the flag that was hanging).

anways i hear him rev at me a couple times, and I dont pay to much attention to it. After his revs I could hear him hold his revs likes he's about to launch on me. So the light turns green and he does launch on me.

He slows down and i catch up to him. Were both doing about 20 and then floor it. He pulled on me for about the first 5mph and then he just started losing it. He didnt have an exhaust but he had an intake.

I was really suprised that I beat it, cause I was assuming it had a swap done to it(as loud as the motor sounded).

Good kill...

I'm usually scared of swapped CRX's, too.

unless you're turbo, there's no way you're gonna hang with any crx ... even a bolton stock motor crx is gonna be tough for a 7thgen

Eww thats terribly slow... My N/A B18a with b18b ported/poslihed head, Crower 403' cams, Crower Valve springs and Ti retainers, Shaved head, 2 layer head gasket( good for 9.8:1) ACT clutch, 10 lb flywheel, CAI, 2.25" header, and 2.25" exhaust with midpipe, ran a 13.8 on slicks and a 14.18 on falken azenis... he needs to learn how to drive, and **** i even used the LONG *** integra tranny

he can always get a 92-93 GSR tranny, or get a b16a cable tranny. the Ys1..

lol didnt realize you need a turbo to beat a crx from a roll? Anyways i've got i/h/e, clutch/flywheel 8lbs., and es mm. From a dead stop I dont think I would have won but we went from a roll.
