Maybe? You are crazy. These K20A2s with over 375 whp are runnin high 11s / low 12s. Your mod'd muscles cars are gonna have a problem doin that unless they are seriously mod'd. I cannot wait until my modz are done because I will guarantee you that I will WHIP SOME MUSCLE CAR AZZ!

I know em...and what? I am doin the K20A2 swap within the next three weeks (depending on when some aftermarket parts come in). Once the swap is done I'll pretty much be outa the game cuz I am buyin a house this summer. Next year I will be back in the mix spendin around $15K on a custom turbo, cams, valves, port/polish/sleeve etc etc. By the time this is done, I will have no problem keepin up wit a C6, let alone beatin a few.

I mentioned a turbo in my last thread. I am lookin at a number of options, to include the Stage 4 kit from Full-Race. This kit is good for 700 whp (with built internals). That is a lot of freakin power and I am not sure if I will go that extreme (daily drivin will be a bytch!). Obviously, if I go this route, aint too much gonna be able to hang wit me.

hope you get a turbo

lol, people getting awfully riled up by this... s2000, for times of a stock 96 camaro ss, just do a search. Chevrolet, in it's adds in Superchevy back in 1996 quoted a time at 13.6. Now, just like i think all s2000's run 14's you can think whatever you want to about LT1's, lol. I have witnessed a 97 ws6 auto run a 13.67 at Atlanta Dragway, so there's proof right there for me, same engine as whats in a camaro ss same hp numbers, but you have to take my word on it.
For whoever said about that muscle cars have no top end all I can say is take your civic and go run a ls1 ws6 and tell me they have no top end. This is funny to me how an import alliance seems to form every time against the "muscle car guys", just curious about the facts gentleman...
