As I was driving to my friend's house today I saw a Ferrari 360 Spider on the main road. The guy was young and had his gf with him. My jaw just dropped as soon as I saw it. I guess the guy felt like messing with a kid in a civic so he started hitting the throttle. I don't race that much on the street but damn I couldn't pass up on this. I knew I didn't stand a chance but god damn i've never seen a ferrari in action. We lined up at the next light and I just awaited my doom. That car sounded sooooo damn good. So off the light I press the gas and go without any wheelspin(i dont think we have enough power to spin our tires anyways lol). I was ahead of him for about a second before that thing roars by me. I just watched it as it pulled away from me. 2 car lengths...3...4...5...6...7 and it just kept going. Yeah it sucks to get owned but I don't think anyone would give up a chance like that.

haha...a guy here in San Antonio has a black Modena...i bailed on a friend that was in Hooters picking up an order just to follow him to a traffic light...of course, i got owned and my friend ate all the hot wings, but it was still worth it ...

One of my dads friends has the murcielago (sp is wrooooooooong) but ne way they were at a light and my father was in his 69 camaro built to the sky. his friend goes "Hey marcel lets see if the lambo has any *****" the lambo lost by a car length at the local strip. but those cars are unbelievable.

I was driving on a 2-lane highway in the middle of West Texas yesterday when I decided to wanted to pass this Subaru Outback that was going the speed limit. While I was passing at 85-90 mph to get back into my lane before oncoming traffic smacked me, I was passed on the outside shoulder like I was standing still by the GMC Yukon XL that had been tailgating me. 440 lb-ft of torque owned me.

I realize that this probably wasn't as cool as losing to some multi-hundred-thousand-dollar sports car, but I've never raced a Porsche/Lamborghini/Ferrari/NSX/TVR/Corvette/etc. in my 1.7 liter pocket rocket, so this is as good as it gets.

i've lost to a skyline before :-) I wasn't really racing but when i had my 99civic I always floored it first gear cuz it was just a habbit, and I had recently gotten an intake about 2 weeks ago so the skyline guy thought i wanted to race...when he floored it he already in the next city before i reached the next light :-)
