Rep Power: 255 Civic vs. BMW M5
I was headed east on 76 earlier tonight when a silver M5 with MD plates rolls up next to me to pass. I dropped into 3rd and floored it.... from his engine noise I could tell he was just cruising in 5th possibly 6th gear. He just rolled into the throttle without downshifting - it had so much torque he closed the 2 car gap in a split second. Now the fun begins...
I shift into 4th right as he catches up... after a second or so we are doing 100mph. Right as I hit triple digits, he double clutches into 3rd and unleashes 400 German V8 horses. He chirped. At 100mph.
The entire time I knew I had no shot - I'm not retarded. I simply wanted to entice him into smoking me so I could marvel at his car.

Rep Power: 255 yea.... it was that scraping kinda noise tires make when they spin/slide but not squeal/chrip.... you know the sound.... but then it got drowned out by a big-*** revving at 6000rpm.
