could i beat this?
some kid in i think an late 80s/early 90s oldsmobile with a v6 and 200ish claimed HP and an auto. could i take it with my 5-speed civic with intake and exhaust? i dont know.

Rep Power: 512 i have no clue what kind it is. but it is old and has a v6 is all i know. you think i can take that ish? he said he might bring an old mustang tomorrow, i dont know about that either.

Rep Power: 0 yea u can, i have raced my friends 2001 impala (non SS) v6 and it has like 180 or somewhere around there and i have beaten him all the time from the line and from starting around 30mph, and im stock at the moment. And even if the oldsmobile has 200hp he is a lot heavier.

Rep Power: 512 were gonna do this on the freeway from a 30mph roll tonight at 10 so i dont have to worry about my launches. i should be able to take it since i got stick and can redline every gear.
if u do it from a rollin 30mph, maybe he takes the advantage cuz those cars are real heavy... if u launch from the start, you'd take the advantage.
i have an automatic 03 with intake, i own late 80's caddys/buicks/Gms/chyslers from the start. but they did have those huge chrome rims on them which probably was the lag for them.
i would get like half a car length ahead.
when u come back, if u lose the rollin start, challange from dead stop and try workin on ur launchin.
