Rep Power: 255 Eclipse vs Jetta
I was sitting on my cherry red civic enjoying a route 44 cherry limeade (Ahh...Love that Sonic) when a ,I would say nice, jetta pulled up. My friends and I examined the car. It seemed to have I/E and a nice body kit, but the driver was a #@&*. I mean honestly if you sport your car out of course enthusiasts are going to want to look at it. Anyway being intimidated by our cars for some reason. He hope it reved his car a couple of time and continued to speed out of the sonic. Sure enough he pulled out onto the road spitten rubber and got slammed in the rear by a eclipse. I couldnt help but laugh. I ran over and checked on them. They seemed fine, but his car was ****ed up. The body kit was destroyed, his cat-back was bent at a 45 degree angle. In reality I only ran over to see the damage. I could care less about that guy, he was a complete jerk.

Rep Power: 0 by law regardless of circumstances if you hit someone in the rear its YOUR fault. SUX, but cant do anything about it. BTW this also is true if someone reverses into you. some girl put her car in reverse instead of drive and backed into my mom at a light, luckily lotsa people saw it cause the original police report blamed my mom.
still funny though. lol
